Hand painted in Chalk paints from Annie Sloan in country grey and pink with a pretty decoupage frontage a charming colour combination. The bureau has been waxed and distressed for that shabby chic look, it has one small drawer, fixed shelves and pigeon holes for your notes & letters.

Upcycling
Re-purposing and re-newing furniture
is what I do at home by myself in my
small workshop. I love bringing old
tired or boring pieces back to life
again.
As an Upcycler I feel its important to
try if we can to keep as much as
possible out of landfill sites and also
to help to preserve some if these lovely
items of furniture.
You as a customer whether you are
keen a Upcycler or not, know you
are contributing to the environment
just by buying one item, so I'd like to

This week I will be finishing up on
the dining set I have been working on.
With this table and chairs I decided
to try out the Autentico paints and I
have to say the paint is pretty marvellous,
so far very happy with the results!
I went for the 'Paris grey' combined
with the heather and mauve tones
of the upholstered seats I believe
an attractive combo.
